We only use state-of-the-art equipment to manufacture our custom spacers. At Phoenix Specialty, we have 2 new Bridgeport and Hardinge GX 1000 CNC milling machines. These help to increase our production speed. We have a high-end Betenbender shearing machine as well. This machine makes it a cinch for us to sheer sheet metal up to .187” thick and 144” long.
