We can discuss your options with you and start producing your parts. You should have your order shipped to you within two weeks, which is a faster delivery time than anyone else in the industry.

When we get your order, we create a die, which is essentially a cutout for the parts that you need. We put this large metal block into the stamping press and feed the raw metal through the machine. Another metal block pushes the metal for the part into the die, which cuts and deforms the metal into the shape of the part you need. With this process, we are able to use the exact type of metal that you want, and we can get the part to the exact size and shape that you need.

All you need is a print that fits our parameters. Fortunately, our parameters are flexible so we can likely create the part for you. We require that your part is between a thickness of .0005 to .260 inches. It should be flat and shallow in shape, and should fit in an area of six inches.
